But it can’t buy you happiness Monday May 28, 2018 Don’t worry be happy If you want to be happy take a tip from those frugal folks who know.  Happiness belongs to those who exercise regularly.   Happy people recognize that exercise has been shown to ease symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress.  Thanks to the endorphins that are released, keeping fit will amplify feelings of happiness and relaxation. Another benefit of training is that it gives you an increased confidence.  When you start working out and achieving goals you never thought possible, you'll feel an incredible sense of accomplishment. Next time you're feeling down, stressed or anxious take a walk around the block or jump on your bike. Not only does exercise change your body for the better, it can also change your view on life to a more positive outlook. Why don’t you go take a hike?  You'll be happier and healthier because of it. What is your go to source for a jolt of vitality?  Oftentimes we feel reach for a cup of coffee or an energy bar when looking for a quick lift. However, research suggests a better way to get energized is to get outdoors and connect with nature.  Make a point to schedule a mid-day break for you.  Get outside for some fresh air and a quick walk.  Walking boosts your metabolism, improves circulation and improves your creativity.  A short break away from your what you’re focused on might be all you need to stimulate your imagination and help you power through the rest of the day. Try it today.  Set the alarm on your smartphone to schedule a quick power walk.  With the weather warming up outside would be ideal. When you get back to what you were doing, see if you're not inspired. (

Figure out what you’re afraid of

"If you are making mistakes, then you are  learning, living, challenging yourself and changing your world.   Imagine the possibilities if everyone approached their day anxious to make mistakes.  Yes, you read this right. Challenge yourself to make a mistake today.   Make a bold decision to throw caution to the wind and do something that has always intrigued you.  Don't worry that you might look a fool or that the finished result will not be perfect. Spring is here.  It’s a new season and summer is on the horizon.  Use each day to step outside of your comfort zone and experience something new and challenging!  You just might find a new hobby, career or passion.  However there's no way to find out till you do. What are you waiting for?
