What are you made of?  Most of us would like to believe we are decent people doing our best, being a good friend, enjoying life and a provider for our families.

As we’ve grown, youthful vices have been replaced with responsibility and healthier choices.  Are you keeping an eye on what you eat and drink? 
Have your values evolved as you’ve released lingering negativity?

That doesn’t mean that we cannot share those light-hearted activities that amuse us.  Just because you no longer drink, smoke, follow fashion or perhaps find words harder to come by, don’t extinguish the activities that add a little levity to your day.

Adam Ant hit the nail on the head in the lines quoted above.  We may have given up the vice, but somewhere inside the “subtle innuendos follow,” our happiness comes from the inside.

Reach inside and share your inner bliss with stressed-out people you encounter this month.  It’s a busy holiday season, and the days are flying by.  Be the one that delivers a smile, and practice your inner Santa!
