It’s okay to take a break


Want to feel alive? Take a 20-minute dose of fresh air to revive your energy level.

What is your go to source for a jolt of vitality?  Oftentimes we feel reach for a cup of coffee or an energy bar when looking for a quick lift. However, research suggests a better way to get energized is to get outdoors and connect with nature. 

Make a point to schedule a mid-day break for you.  Get outside for some fresh air and a quick walk.  Walking boosts your metabolism, improves circulation and improves your creativity.  A short break away from your what you’re focused on might be all you need to stimulate your imagination and help you power through the rest of the day.

Try it today.  Set the alarm on your smartphone to schedule a quick power walk.  With the weather warming up outside would be ideal. When you get back to what you were doing, see if you're not inspired.
