But it can’t buy you happiness

If you want to be happy take a tip from those frugal folks who know.  Happiness belongs to those who exercise regularly.  

Happy people recognize that exercise has been shown to ease symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress.  Thanks to the endorphins that are released, keeping fit will amplify feelings of happiness and relaxation.

Another benefit of training is that it gives you an increased confidence.  When you start working out and achieving goals you never thought possible, you'll feel an incredible sense of accomplishment.

Next time you're feeling down, stressed or anxious take a walk around the block or jump on your bike. Not only does exercise change your body for the better, it can also change your view on life to a more positive outlook.

Why don’t you go take a hike?  You'll be happier and healthier because of it.
